  Dealt with location on 6/27/24
  Extremely rude, hung up on me when trying to get an explanation of how all the trucks that were available at closing of at least 7 that weren’t booked, were suddenly booked at opening. Would give 0 stars and recommend going to the U-Haul at Golden Heights for better help and service.

  Never rent from budget again cause they will screw you over when you no longer need the reservation and cancel it ??

  Service at this location is awful. Very rude, disorganized and incompetent. We’ve moved countless times with budget, including across state lines, before and have never been so displeased the way we have been this time around. Choose a different company or location, if you decide to use budget.
