I started going with our new tesla (with a black paint job) because I had heard they use soft brushes and have been pleased that there have been zero swirl marks on our car. They give you a complimentary wipe down on the way out as well, to dry off the spots that weren't gotten by the fan in the drive thru wash.”

“My go to for a car wash. I even have the monthly pass. PSA: Last time I went my tire valve stem caught on something as I was inside the tunnel. I heard the pop but didn't think much if it. I went and vacuumed my car after, which didn't take me long, and by time I was done my tire was COMPLETELY flat, like sitting on the rim flat. Not sure how it could have been avoided in the first place or even what it caught on but it almost ripped it completely off. Thankfully it didn't cost too much to have it fixed as i know they are not liable for anything happening to your car but just wanted others to be aware that it could happen. Other then that never had any issues, like i said its my go to. For reference I drive a 2002 Lexus IS300 w/ 17in wheels.”
“The carwash itself is great.. but the blonde woman really truly dislikes her job. Someone needs to set her free. It's okay if you don't like the job, that's not a crime. But maybe go find something else. She never fully uses the brush on the front of the cars before they go in. She just seems generally unhappy.”
