“I came to get exterior and interior detailing done on my escape. This was the first time my car had been detailed since I bought it in 2017. Very impressed with Saul and his guys. I turned it in at 8am and got a text at 2:20pm to pick it up. I had a lot of dog hair and they got every speck of it out. Deluxe detail cost $219 and then it was $80 more to get the dog hair out.”

I brought my 2023 z06 70th edition to New Image Auto detailing after speaking to Kody thru a referral and it's all about the process of education, expectations and application to treat your vehicle with respect, knowing what it took to have that vehicle. Kody yes has the latest high-end products, but it's the people and process that is the key differentiator as I had the XPEL PPF, heat resistant tint to fabric protector applied to my car which I couldn't be happier.Kody spared no expense to have his shop look, feel and act like a surgical operating room from the ventilation to the walls and lights to the bays storing and moving your car to the next station with all team members onboard knowing their role, which is the right process from the beginning. He even backs that up with his personal reputation to fix something that might not be right beyond both your expectations, as his key goal is your final impressions to what you received after their shop.My experience and treatment of the process and communication was more like that of staying at a 5-star hotel than something for my car. “Donnie is very good at communicating and he made it easy and quick to schedule my detail. He was also kind enough to mention the weather in case I wanted to reschedule.
