MEXICAN MALE NOTARY CLERK WAS INCOMPETENT AND VERY SLOW. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE SIMPLE DOCUMENT TO NOTARIZE.

I experienced a lengthy wait for notary services at this location, which took over an hour. The clerk provided different estimates for the wait time, and it seemed to increase during my visit. While I understand that processes can be unpredictable, I believe that with better communication about wait times, the experience could be significantly improved. The actual notarization process itself only takes about five minutes, so if there are ways to streamline the service, it would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. I would recommend considering these improvements for future visitors.

ATMS never work can't deposit or withdrawal anything daily ... poor lazy management is the only thing I can think of

Slow, unhelpful, bankers standing around gossiping while they tell you is by appointment and if someone don’t come in they may have a chance. Also no restrooms if you do want to wait. Tip go to an another branch where they actually want to help.

Im very upset with many things of Chase bank lately. I have a business and personal account and I pay my crew and he walked in today before a holiday to cash a check and they would not allow it. I asked him to go back inside to have Chase call me, but he felt uncomfortable. I tried calling the location he was at and of course you can not get through.

I went in to deposit a check and this lady was just rude as hell she kept talking under her breath in Spanish and I guess she didn’t know I’m bilingual and
I didn’t appreciate getting told
I’m rude and this lady is ugly any way

I was just in this branch. There were 2 tellers helping customers and their issues were taking some time. There are two employees standing in the lobby. When nature hits and you have to go to the restroom or have an accident, you are indire straights. Ask the two employees standing in the lobby doing nothing where the restroom was, and they indicated it was only for employees. I got back in line and could tell it was going g to be awhile before the teller was free. So, I had to leave without getting my banking business completed. I always go to this branch because it is the closest to me. I will not be going back and will find another branch to use.

This Chase Bank has more ATMs than any other Chase Bank I've visited. There's three ATM drive thrus in the back but I'm not sure how many they have inside. One of the ATM drive thru lanes is extra wide for larger vehicles. Thanks ?

Customer service quality is not there anymore I drove up to one of the auto service and didn't get a greet like i used too (I was the only vehicle using this service everyone else was at the ATM) its not like they were busy because both girls were sitting at one station. Once my transaction was finished I didn't get a " Is there anything else I can help you with or anything" the speaker was just pure silence I still waited there for a minute hoping to hear from someone. These are the small things will take a business a long way to success or atleast to keep me as there customer. I am thankful they were able to exchange my torn 20$ bill.

I would like to personally say that Andrea Marin - The Assistant VP went above and beyond to help me with my DBA. The entire process went extremely smooth. I 100% recommend Chase for banking and this location if you need any help with any accounts or financial advice!

I asked for my bank statements for last year. Teller referred me to my app told I can print them myself. I wouldn't have minded paying for it. Instead I was asked you don't have a printer ? I wouldn't have drove up here if could print them myself. Not sure why this was such a difficult thing for her to do.

Wouldn't deposit our checks for reasons unknown. We own a small business that has a DBA title and when we tried to deposit our checks , they wouldn't because the name was not exactly the same, but if they could read the endorsement on the back of the check, they would read the DBA name matches the name on the check. Tried calling to clear this issue up, and could not reach anyone. Maybe it's poor training, maybe it's because Chase doesn't support small business, either way, this isn't the first time we've had issues and after having an account with them over forty years, we'll be taking our business elsewhere
