If you have another chase around you, don't go to this one. Customer service here sucks, they are very rude, the only time they treated me right was whenever I opened an account here.

The app works better than this 4 humans inside this location just taking one costumer at time while the other just stand there to tell you where the line goes.... horrible service..

No reason to make an appointment. Still waiting after 25 min making appointment. Security sitting with feet up. Worst bank I've been too.
