The rules they have sometimes are so bizarre they simply don't have a lick of sense. You need this form but not that form but this form isn't a government issued for yet the one we won't take is it's ridiculous

Always a good experience with the branch office here. In and out quickly. ATM in the lobby has small bills and large both.
