“My personal experience was great! Ebony who assisted me was so sweet, kind, understanding and was willing to listen. I had attempted to open a checking account online but because I had just moved, my address was different on my drivers license. After I completed the online application I received an email saying I needed to go inside a branch so my identity could be verified. I’m so glad I did!! Ebony took such great care of me! She explained that even though I spent all that time with the online application, we would need to sit down and redo the process. She apologized for the time I spent doing my application online and let me know it wouldn’t take long at all and she was right! After a speedy process she printed out my debit card right then and there and I was good to go! No waiting a week or two to receive my debit card in the mail!
