Had problem of making a duplicate payment. Employees were knowledgeable and helped solve problem. They were there to help and they did. This is why we have been customers for over 20 years.

At first i liked this bank but i ordered a new debit card with new number and the bank sent my new card info to all my past subscriptions and my card was locked and they still let charges go through ill be canceling my account. Dont use Chase they dont look out for the customer
