THIS BRANCH HANDS OUT COUNTERFEIT MONEY. AS OF APRIL 4TH 2024 I PULLED OUT CASH AND REALIZED THEY GAVE ME A $20 THAT SAYS "MOTION PICTURE COPY MONEY" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I visited the bank they don’t ever greet you. I had a very important transaction to do and nobody there seem to care not to do business with me which is a shame. Also this is the closest location to the place I manage and sadly I have to visit another branch near by since they a lot more nicer and treat you with respect. This branch team members don’t look, dress, or speak professionally. Woman there can’t even count the money with a foot long nails and take forever to perform any transactions also she has a CAN’T DO attitude every time I have to come to this branch. Chase bank please do an upgrade here and add commercial lane too. I am about to change banks soon since is no longer convenient and is falling behind.

I actually like having Chase for my business accounts, but my experience at this branch turned out to be a bad one. After a TWO HOUR meeting to open a new business account and credit card the banker I dealt with still did not put in the correct address, so my cards were sent to the wrong one. I spoke with her after 2 weeks and she said "That's weird I don't know why they did that" Who's they? You screwed it up after I implicitly said multiple times which address I needed to be mailing/billing.
Worse than that, she made no effort to fix it, acted totally confused over the phone, and at the end of the call said "I'm glad we got this straightened out" as if her boss was standing there but could only hear her side of the conversation. I had to deal with customer service and fix it myself. Ridiculous.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Chase doesn't deserve 1 star.Be aware, people.1. Do not use chase "deposit by phone". Not only this branch, but all chase together.I deposited my check from another bank, con artist chase took my money out of that bank right the next day, but email me saying they hold my money for 10 days, yes TEN days. Unbelievable. And they call it "Quick Deposit". What a big joke.Just as they've stolen my money in 10 days.2. I came to the bank, asked the teller if I deposit cash, how long it take to be available in my acct. The woman said right away if you deposit cash.After I deposited cash, she asked if I wanted receipt; yes of course I wanted receipt with this CON ARTIST CHASE BANK.The receipt indicated the fund included the amount of cash I just deposited.But when I check on the stupid app, it says "PENDING"Another unbelievable about the CON ARTIST CHASE.Every bank I have had my checking account with so far, big or even smaller, local banks, when people deposit cash, it go straight, be available right away in their accounts, not "PENDING" like CON ARTIST CHASE.In 2 weeks, they conned me twice. SMH.Good thing is I know its true face before I do deposit directly into the account of this pathetic bank.I will close the account after I get my money back.

Worst bank ever! NO one answers the phones at local banks. When I call customer service they always pass me on to the wrong department. I own a business and pay IRS payments for 940/941s and EVERY TIME they check to see if they were fraud...send me a text and this last time they sent 6 texts in a row of which I responded with YES that is correct. THEY STILL DIDN'T PAY THEM! So now I have to pay again. CHASE IS INCOMPETENT!!!!

Customer service was subpar. Banker called in for the day and we already had an appointment canceled a few days prior. Customers kept coming in throughout the 1 1/2 hours we were waiting saying they had an appointment and had driven upwards of an hour to come to this banks. The teller kept sending them home which led me to wonder why no one was calling to cancel the appointments. We decided to wait for the banker to be ready, but he helped his customer that came in 50 minutes later than us first because it was "his" customer. As a chain I thought the employee represents the chain so if we came in at 12:30 we would take precedent over a 1 o'clock appointment under his name. All of this could have been avoided by a phone call and many customers could have saved hours of their time through simple communication.

I came to this branch and customer service is so poor to handle customers. I was waiting since 1 hr in the waiting area and they called other family who came after me becoz they knew employee. Really? Unsatisfied with service as well.
