“After following this shop on Instagram for a while, I decided to finally check it out in person this week since my son needed a first day of school outfit.
What a pleasant experience I had! The sales associate working was a sweetheart! She was kind, welcoming and so polite (we stopped by 8/22 am for reference, owners ?). The clothes are darling, and I loved the couch in the middle with toys to entertain my little while I searched through the racks. I’ll be back very soon!”
“I always find something cute to add to my wardrobe here. From my pre loved Gucci bag that I got for a good deal to my various other purses and fun/ funky earrings. I’ve also found some good deals for my girls. The sales girls are sweet and helpful too.”
“Nothing short of amazing! I called needing Knee-high socks when a delivery fell through. They answered and texted me pictures of options and I had them purchased within a few minutes. I swung by to pick them up and they had the bag waiting and ready for me. They even offered to walk it out to my car. Such a local gem! Thank you so much for your service. “Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”
“Beautiful selection of merchandise. The custom hat department is great. They will fit the hat to your size. You can wait at the beautiful bar to get the drink and wait.”
“Was pleased with my first trip there! I got a brand new baby tub and also a used diaper genie for less than $25 and it would’ve been almost $100 if bought off my baby registry. The cashier was super nice and explained a lot of how the business works to us!”

“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”
“The store was a bit hard to find using google maps however it was easily found when I asked a local. The ladies at the counter were very friendly.
Although I am yet to test out its functionality, my son will enjoy the badge??♂️”

“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”
“Reminiscing with all my old co-workers was awesome. The clothes are just as wonderful as they were back then so happy to be back at Old Navy. The bathrooms are nice and clean and so are the floors throughout the store. They've kept looking really nice”
“Adorable baby boutique! I was greeted as soon as I opened the door by the owner and the other lady working there. They have the cutest preppy/boutique baby clothes. Lots of different brands and styles to choose from. I shopped the summer sale today, and made out well! Love this store!”

“They have a lot of cute stuff but there clothes run small in my experience with my nieces and nephews and now with my son. I only go when there is a sale but some of their stuff is overly priced. Overall it's a good store especially for baby clothing.”

“First time going as it was recommended to me by a family member. Drove from mesquite Tx and I have to say I’m super impressed with the quality and the prices of the dresses compare the the ones you see at harry Hines all of them are 10/10. I was able to find different styles for my daughter that wears 10/12. I would likely recommend to anyone looking for formal event dresses for both girls and boys as they also do have small boys suits for formal events. I do have to point out that the address is totally incorrect it’s inside the plaza if you go in by the plaza section 2 close to the pollo regio and go all straight you will see it. it’s a very small place but all the dresses are super cute. Will be returning again soon.”

“A couple of months ago I swore I would not come back to this location due to it being a complete disaster. I was in the area and reluctantly decided to give it another try.
I was SHOCKED (in a good way) to see the transformation this store has made. Sections are visible. Things are much more organized. The floors are clean. A DRAMATIC difference between what it looked like before.
I ran into the District Manager and General Manager as I was looking around and I stopped to pay them a compliment for the work that has been done. They were appreciative of the feedback and shared that they are working really hard to protect the customer experience going forward.
I would encourage those who have written this locations off to give it another try.”

“Old location but well maintained, friendly staff and items constantly being put back in appropriate departments by workers. People are rude and ditch unwanted items all over the place - JCP has dedicated employees re-folding, hanging items and “re-homing” ditched goods to where they belong. Good/accurate inventory as relates to availability listed online or in the apps. Clean and accessible fitting rooms…Tight aisles around the holidays due to large volume of end cap displays for trinkets and stocking stuffers. Plenty of registers open and lines move at a decent speed for checkout.”
“I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Jondrea and Reign on July 15th at around 3:05 PM during a back-to-school shopping trip. The teamwork between these two associates was impressive. “I can’t say nicer things about this place. They really pulled a Hail Mary for me and got some stuff done. Yes I paid for it but it was reasonable and they do really good work. I will 100% utilize them again and suggest you do!”
