“This is the store every single woman should have and it's good for the seniors and children everything you need is there and the prices or what you can pay I have always shopped at JCPenney's and I'm 88 years old I've always bought my children school clothes and my church clothes the markdowns that they have were awesome I'll always shop at JCPenney's and the people that they had to work there are very respectful in courtesy thank God for the store”

“We love this JCPenney. It's the absolute best one around. It's nice, newly remodeled, very clean, and roomy. It could be a little better stocked with merchandise, but we had some good luck shopping there yesterday. Unfortunately, the restroom downstairs was horrible. It was filthy and really smelled. I have to admit, I was really shocked to find the restroom there in such awful condition. Still, I definitely recommend this JCPenney, and the entire Northeast Mall.”
