“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”

“All I have is one word for my experience and that’s Lucy! Lucy went above and beyond to help me find a blazer that was at a different location. She put the blazer to the side and even helped me find a blouse to match. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you didn’t know you would have thought we were friends. That’s how genuine and organic she was with me. Hands down this is the best Express in the metroplex! Ask for Lucy! She will help you with all of your fashion needs! “Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”

“Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”

“Such an adorable baby store! Great inventory for those precious moments. They have an incredible inventory of holiday smocking if you are looking for fancy photo worthy baby outfits. I got some adorable little toddler shoes, stocking and socks with a classic white sweater that is being monogrammed. They have tons of Jellycat stuffed animals so be prepared to want everything! Price point is on the high side since their products are higher quality. Only downside is their hours are limited so if you are working, plan ahead for a lunch or Saturday. Great service and hope to be back soon!”
