“Disappointed on the boot quality.
I bought the Williams boots for $838 after tax, so I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the boots had issues: paint coming off the sole and lots of loose threads.
I had to go to the store myself and ask the sales associates to “try” to fix the issues. Customer service was very good, they offered me 10 % of compensation because the new customer promo doesn’t work for me.
So I happy about the customer service but disappointed about the handmade quality.”
