Based off a combination of my order history and the purposes for the shoes that I told Joan, she recommended a few models. She fitted me into the two recommendations that we settled on, and I was tremendously grateful to walk out of the store with one pair of new sneakers. I also ordered a different model of shoes that I liked in a color and size that weren't available in the shop.”

“Excellent business! My transaction was great from start to finish. I took this shop some boots that probably should have been tossed in the garbage. Heels were literally partially gone. Soles had multiple holes in both boots. The welts had been worn away in spots and they were scuffed like no other. Less than a week later I have boots that are all fixed and ready for the next 100,000 miles! I highly recommend this shop for all of your shoe repair needs.”

“Josh Hurst helped out with purchasing some insoles. He approached us as soon as we entered the store, shook our hand and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and walked us around the store showing us multiple options. He showed us the machine for insoles and walked us through the process, letting us try the orthopedic insoles on. He upsold us a few products as well, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was pushing us product, but trying to help us out. Never been in this store before but will definitely come back again. 10/10 service!”
