About Cinemark Rave Ridgmar 13 and XD
Cinemark Rave Ridgmar 13 and XD is a nice and clean movie theater with very comfortable and reclining seats, including luxury D-Box seats that vibrate, move, and are heated. Many enjoy the great sound and the XD experience. Ordering through the app is easy, and the staff is courteous and professional. However, some seats are broken and torn. A significant concern is the lack of ramp access, requiring difficult stairs to reach better viewing rows. The theater is attached to a dying mall, and there have been issues with not following advertised street dates for collectibles, leading to resale problems.
