Colonel's Bicycles was a well-loved cycling store in Fort Worth, known for excellent service and sales since the early 1990s. The staff, including Santina, provided helpful and quick assistance, fixing bikes the same day. Customers appreciated the friendly attitude, especially when help was needed in a pinch. Many are sad to see the shop close, acknowledging it as one of the best in the area.
My friend Mike stopped by to ask a few questions and was blown away with the level of care compassion and concern that the shop as well as Corey had shown him. This business is another caliber when it comes to top notch customer service!
