Decent place to sleep. Key word being sleep. Because with the modern world, this place and its abysmal WiFi services that glitch out or won’t even let you connect make it impossible for on the road workers. Apparently it’s not just this location but other Mariot locations as well. So for $129 a night I should at least have or get better internet than the McDonald’s down the street right? Nope. Dead wrong. Kinda sad really.
Noteworthy details: Make sure you’re not here for work because you ain’t getting sh*t done with the internet here.

Do not unless you want to wake up with a bad back!! From the barely dripping shower, to the abomination of “toilet paper” and don’t even get me started on the lack luster sheets and pillows! This was absolutely the worst experience in what should have been an anniversary retreat.

Everything was gteat except the beds. The beds were waa too soft, I mean squishy soft and they are almost on the floor. They have no box springs. Wouldvjave been a 5 STAR except for the beds.

Pros:
- close to Dickies Arena & Cowtown Colliseum
- comfortable bed
- nice staff
- good shower pressure
- relaxing pool
- easy parking
Cons:
- had to kill multiple "water bugs" as the hotel called them
- my room had a moisture control issue, left a damp smell
3 stars for the room due to the bugs, I hate bugs and especially ones in my hotel room that fly at me.

I give this review because of the incredible staff here. From cleanliness to the amazing front desk I can not complain for a second about their response to concerns, and an overall high standard of services unequivocally better than some 4 star hotels we have visited this summer in 3 cities in Germany, two hotels in Paris, and the accommodation we enjoyed in the pacific NW. Darnell and Hunter without question took care of specific requests that are lost on most service industry employees. I wish they were available at our last stay at the J.W. Marriott. Keep taking care of life-long Marriott customers like ourselves, and you will deserve every great review you get.

Room was nice and very clean. Pool was private and also clean.
The service at check in was unfriendly and not helpful with some reservation issues.
The sign by the pool says it closes at 10, but security locked it up and made us leave at 9:30 (a different sign said it closed at 9, so she blamed the hotel chain for misinformation and still made us leave).
Great location near the zoo. Management was helpful the next morning.
Rooms: Very clean with calming decor.
Nearby activities: Zoo, museums, shopping, antiques

Do not use this hotel for any travel purposes.
I booked a room on June 8th, 2024 and the hotel canceled my reservation on June 25th, 2024 and refused to refund my payment for the made reservation. Had I been the party to cancel the reservation, then I would understand the no refund. But as the hotel was the one to cancel, the management deemed it appropriate to not issue a refund on a cancellation they made. $135 that I’ll never see in my account again.

Very nice hotel, great location it's 2 minutes from the fort worth zoo and log cabin village, the water hiking trail is directly across from the parking lot and about 10 minutes to the fort worth convention center and town, there's a mall nearby and IHOP, and several other restaurants. They have a pool, laundry room, workout room, ice machines, super friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and updated. There's over 75 parking spaces available and handicapped spaces marked. They do charge to park in their lot so if you book through a 3rd party such as priceline make sure you check the costs. Also there is no continental or complimentary breakfast available they do have a bistro inside the entrance where you can buy breakfast and coffee and misc. No vending machines but right next to the front desk they have snacks and items to purchase.
Overall a nice place to stay with a good location.

Everyone do yourself a favor stay away from this property, when we got to the room I think they forgot to clean the shower as there was hair in it thats just gross. As a titanium status they offer you nothing but a bad attitude. If I wasn't staying on points I would have left the first night. The pictures are very deceiving the rooms are very dated the toilet constantly leaks, they freshen up your room when they feel like it. I requested a late checkout they told me they are 100 percent, when I called out the front desk clerk that's not accurate considering there are 10 cars in the parking lot she backed down. I will never come to this property again. There is a wonderful property that's a Fairfield Inn at southwest which is about 5 miles away that treats you like a person. This property needs to reevaluate how they treat guests. I highly urge to stay away as I stay 75 to 80 nights a year this was the biggest disappointment.

Upon arriving at the courtyard on may 16th 2024 at around 3:30 my friend and I were met with nothing but judgment and hatefulness from the front desk lady. She continued to belittle my friend and I the whole checkin process. They only have one elevator and my handicapped friend was expected to walk down three long hallways to our room. Upon entering the room it was out of date and not as advertised at all. We requested a full refund which we are supposed get but have not yet. Upon walking out we asked for proof of the refund and the same lady was again hateful and it was unnecessary because we were nothing gracious to her. I just am writing so that others are not encountered in this manner and fall for the false advertising.

Nice and very clean. Slept very well. VERY expensive for a one bed room and not even a coffee pot. ($165) I asked someone else to book the room. Very close proximity to Dickies Arena.Safety: The location felt very safe to us.
