Nice and very clean. Slept very well. VERY expensive for a one bed room and not even a coffee pot. ($165) I asked someone else to book the room. Very close proximity to Dickies Arena.Safety: The location felt very safe to us.

The lock on the door leading to the courtyard was damaged. Everything else was great. The pool was fun with family despite it being cold still.Food & drinks: You can get Starbucks drinks 24/7 you just need to ask at the front desk.

I stayed at Courtyard for a during a conference down the street at TCU. This location was super nice and close by to many local eateries & bars! The late night desk attendant, Tierrica, was a major help! I accidentally locked myself out of my room twice in a row trying to pack for my upcoming flight and she was more than gracious with me. We had a great conversation! Thank you so much!!Overall, definitely check them out if you want a nice night's stay!

Stay away from the bar. super weak pours and $15 for well drinks. a glass of cheap chardonnay is $17. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not on the employees at all but Regency or Peninsula prices at a courtyard? come on.Food & drinks: Really Expensive Drinks.

Excellent hotel, clean and neat. Across the small bridge from the Fortworth Zoo. Shopping and great restaurants near by. The riverfront walk is beautiful. The pillows were a little soft for my liking and the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors alarm clock and loud noise. The pool is fantastic and clean. Laundry on site. Cost $4.00 to wash and dry. Earlier reviews mention renovations. The renovations were completed.

Couldn't have been better if only they had provided enough towels & coffee for 4 adults to last 2 nights. For the price of a suite, you would expect at least a complimentary breakfast. They did offer a reasonable priced breakfast with a great selection.Nearby activities: Dickies Arena, Bobo Wood park, the Ft. Worth Zoo, great shopping with the best restaurants nearby.

We had a large room block for my daughter's wedding and couldn't have been happier. Conny with the hotel was super responsive, professional and helpful at all times. She and the front desk staff went out of their way to accomodate our group and to make sure that everything went well. The hotel is newly remodeled and everything looks clean and up to date. The location is wonderful - many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the many things to do in the Ft Worth area. I would definitely recommend!

I am spending 4 nights at this hotel. The previous guest had left food crumbs all over the floor in front of the TV/refrigerator and housekeeping did not see it. I did my best to clean it up myself but some crumbs remained. I asked the next morning for housekeeping to just vacuum my room. When I returned from my conference at the end of the day my room had been tidied up but the food remained on the floor. I politely told the front desk that the food remained and I was told that housekeeping was finished for the day and housekeeping would clean it tomorrow. Be prepared to sleep in rooms with food and crumbs all over the floor and the hotel to be indifferent to customers minor polite requests. This photo is after I cleaned the majority of it up.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Everything is well presented. The bistro had a decent selection of food. The outdoor pool is nice and can be accessed directly from first floor rooms.

Would've been stranded in Fort Worth in the middle of the night if it weren't for Andy at the front desk! He was so kind and understanding when our previous arrangements fell through, and helped us out with a room for the weekend. Whenever we left or came back to the hotel we were greeted by the folx at the front desk, the room was super spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was pretty close to everything we had planned to do. Would definitely stay here again :)

Very average hotel. Thin walls so you can hear the noise from your neighbors are using the shower and toilet. Woefully inadequate climate controls. Can't choose hot-only or cold-only and no constant-fan option. Some nice restaurants in walking distance north of the hotel but no north exit from the property so have to walk all way around. Bizarre.

Heather at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! I needed to request a room change and she brought new keys and a luggage cart up to me and offered to help. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. Outside is still in progress but no construction noise was heard all week. Fitness room has new equipment. Food was great!

It was okay. I should prefice this by saying, while I'm a Titanium member, I'm generally not a fan of Courtyard. They aren't consistent like some of the others in the brand. Location was good, however, it's really hard to find bc it's behind the cantina and there's no signs. They are remodeling, however I did get an email before the stay alerting me to that so no big deal. The rooms were nice and clean - I like when the TV is close to the bed.The Bistro leaves alot to be desired. Good thing the Panera is basically next door :)

Spoke with Sally about a concern for an upcoming reservation. She was rude and unhelpful on the phone. I am a platinum Elite member, and this kind of behavior from Marriott employees is unusual. I ultimately decided to cancel my stay and she seemed happy about it.

Revising my review. The front desk was not friendly at check in, and the construction is a challenge. However the room was newly renovated and comfortable. Location near TCU is fantastic.
