My husband called lady was rude and hung up on him. I literally called back to ask a question and was told “LIKE I TOLD YOUR HUSBAND” and very unprofessional and RUDE! I’m trying to bring you guys money and add a line and y’all are just RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Terrible customer service. Went to another Cricket store and they were very helpful, polite and helpful and resolved what I came in for. If you"re reading this review you rude heifer, NOPE!!!! Lmao. Right back at you.

I was not intending to buy a device at Cricket Wireless today. But I was sold by Nancy professionalism and A1 excellent customer service skills. If anyone deserve employee of the year it sshould most definitely be her. Thanks Nancy. Job well done.
