“Erik was/is awesome. I walked in not knowing what I was going to do. He sat down and explained my phone plan and also my upgrade options. He made sure I knew what was happening and went over everything at least twice. Helped me pay my old phone off and get my new one! When we were done Hayden stepped in and helped me transfer everything over ! Also showed me features on the new phone that I gotten off his phone. Love the vibes! “I was so closed to not purchasing a new phone there! However, Mr. Paul and his coworker was so kind to me; then in walked this lady. I asked Mr.Paul was she the owner because she went behind the counter. He said yes. Her energy was so negative. She didn't say hi nor did she smile. In fact, she was the same aggressive lady in the parking lot that didn't know how to park and had the nerve to mean-mug me...LOL. Anyway, I don't know about you all but I don't spend my money where I not respected! She better be glad Mr. Paul provided great customer service frfr. Oh yeah, there was another customer that came in who look dirty as if he had been fixing on cars. She didn't greet him either she didn't smile at him. In fact, she turned her nose up. This man had a pocket full of money and bought a phone from her place of business due to the kind service that was provided to him from her employees. My 5 star rate is for the customer service! And I'm not telling you what to do but if people don't respect you, you have the right to not spend your money with them.

“My friend and I went to this location. This morning, and we are both delighted with our phones and the service. And we even had an issue with the phone, not being compatible or being locked, and we called and the owners corrected the the situation right away did not give us any hassles and the prices were amazing. I would recommend this store to anybody who is looking for a reasonable use, unlocked or even may be locked for your network phone. Or other electronic devices , I did see speakers and bluetooth and airpods , just checking them out when you're in the area , even if you want to go for a drive , just check them out , you'll be satisfied”

“Best Buy has given me some disappointing service in the past, and because of that I refuse to purchase from them online again. However, I have to say — the in-store customer service at this location completely restored my faith.
We went in to replace a TV that had stopped working. It was for our bedroom, so we weren’t looking to spend a fortune — just something reliable and solid. As we approached the TV section, a very kind gentleman immediately greeted us and asked if we had any questions. I did.
In the past, I’ve purchased higher-end models, but this time I wanted something more middle-of-the-road. I’ve always trusted Samsung and LG because they’ve consistently produced quality televisions over the years. Without hesitation, he knew exactly what to show us and offered a couple of excellent options within that range.
He demonstrated how each TV worked, clearly explained the differences, answered every question with patience, and handled the delivery setup, making the entire order completely seamless. The process was smooth, efficient, and far easier than I expected — something that would not have been possible without his help.

“Price is hard to beat, variety could be a lot better. Only have cheese or pepperoni pizza, should offer combo or meat lovers for full pizzas. Drink machines are hit or miss and each of the 4 have different flavors for a specific drink (pepsi will taste different from each machine).”
