Currently I feel uncomfortable, for not accepting my setup pyment, last July they told me that they would not do the witdrawl of my account because it was already covered with the previous payments, I went to the branch in Arlington and they told me that everything was already fixed In November the same thing happened to me, I called on December 15 to make a payment, I check my checking account and they don't make any move, I call today and they tell me that the account is up to date until January 27. It's ridiculous that they do what they They want not the client's will, I want to finish the loan as soon as possible and they prevent you from doing so.

All good at the 7th Street location in Fort Worth. People there are very helpful and cooperative, and they now come to our location (Trinity Terrace) across the street to serve our residents every other Tuesday morning.

App is bad, service hours are low and so are the amount of customer service representatives, plus high amounts of service interruptions year, and rates/fees aren't competitive.

I love the customer service, they help you and explain every aspect to you. I just spoke with Kathy and Della both extremely helpful / professional.I have a car loan with EECU opened in March of this year, due to loss of job and illness they allowed me to skip a payment last month and i was also able to make a partial payment today with remainder due on the 16th of this month without going into delinquent account. I believe if you talk to your creditors they will work with you, so I'm not getting the negative reviews. Both women I spoke to today assured me they would not let my account go into default as I will follow the verbal directions given to me today. Fabulous job ladies, I am so greatfull to you both.

This company has no sympathy or understanding for anyone enduring a financial strain. I was trying to set up auto payments for 200$ very Thursday to catch up on my loan that is behind. The lady who I spoke to was rude showed no sort of customer service qualities at all. She said they would not take partial payments and there was nothing she could do. Well at 200$ every Thursday that is more then the 409$ a month payment on the loan. I am trying to communicate with them and be open with what I am able to pay and they don’t care. Yes it’s my responsibility to pay but things happen in life that cause financial strain and if someone is open and trying to communicate with the company they owe I think that should mean something. I would not recommend doing business with this company

Once Covid hit, they've really gone downhill. I had to close my accounts because I just was not satisfied. The app interface is not it, customer service lacks especially via phone, & if you apply for a loan they won't sit with you and try to find a solution no matter how long you've had a relationship with them.

This place is absolutely pathetic now, compared to what it used to be. Never lend money out for stupid reasons, always bad security. It's just bad now, maybe covid? But to me it sounds like a cop out of an excuse. Avoid this place, I'm changing after 13 years.

WARNING THEY USE BAIT AND SWITCH AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!!Very disappointed in this credit union. On their website in my account screen they lured me to refinance my auto loan and when I began checking it out, they had my info and gave me a range of options to choose from with different payment reduction amounts so I chose the one that said this loan will lower your payment at least $127. Received email with pre-approval. Couple days later got a call and said i was pre approved for $76 more than my current payment. Obviously I refused it but that don't help the hard hit on my credit! AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This Bank Location has 2.7 Rating .I just Received a Cashier’s Check from one of their Customers. This check was issued by this Branch Location and it wasn’t even SIGNED . What Bank issues a Cashiers Check and Doesn’t even have it Signed . Wow . Teller 2306 you need sone immediate Training

I don't believe they are a good "credit union" I've been banking with them for about 5 years and I've been able to get personal loans, unsecured credit cards, and auto loans from other places but NEVER from my own bank I've applied and tried but I'm always declined even though I bank directly through them it just doesn't make sense.

Worst customer service and shady business practices. First off they don't have 24/7 customer support which all major banks have these days. They also won't let you overpay on car loans. They don't like you paying off loans early and they make it difficult for you to do so.

Im unhappy I have automatic deposit and they sit on my check for two or three days. My tax return has been in there since Thursday pending and i just looked, its Sunday and its still not in my account. Im looking for a new bank.

Since they were paying less than 1% interest, I recently wire transferred my savings to a real bank-one that actually offers competitive rates. It was a nightmare!When my funds had left EECU and not arrived at the new bank, I tried to check on the status with the EECU representative. I was once again asked to jump through more "security" hoops. Here was my response:Actually, I am totally fed up with trying to do business with EECU.I have wasted hours on the phone (mostly on hold) and on the Internet trying to communicate with EECU staff and deal with your messed up Docusign system.In order to contact your wire transfer department, I first have to call your main number and wait on hold for 40-50 minutes for someone to finally answer and transfer me. Then, I hold some more waiting for a wire transfer department representative.Now, you insist that I once again deal with your ridiculous pseudo security system in order to learn the status of my $60,000 wire transfer.No thanks! I instead choose to completely terminate my business relationship with EECU.
