While they supposedly detail their cars everyday, the first two we were shown hadn't been. They push vehicle upgrades as well. I have seen this same behavior at several different locations. Generally good service otherwise.

You know what let me change this to 4 stars, at first they didn't have the van we ask for 3 months ahead of time but then they went up and beyond to make it right. I had forgot about that. Thanks enterprise down town yall made it right...
