“I recently had repairs done to my vehicle where I had to use a rental for a little over a week. Joseph Simpson was my initial point of contact when I arrived, and he was so helpful. This was my first car rental, and he was so kind to answer the many questions I had. I was able to rent a black Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive with no issues. When I arrived to return the rental, Joseph remembered my face and immediately helped me through the return process. I will definitely rent from this enterprise in the future, if necessary.”

“Just had my first experience with renting a car and let me say that Darion is amazing!!
He was the only one working at the front desk and quickly moved from customer to customer. He thoroughly walked me through my vehicle and clearly explained the process. The car was in mint condition. Smelled clean and for me that is very important. It shows how well they take care of their inventory. Big shout out to whoever details the vehicles ?
I also want to say how quickly they showed up to the collision center. The Hispanic young man was very polite and a true gentleman, he opened up my door and closed it for me.
When returning my rental, I needed to get a ride back to my home and although the young man could have said he needed to be heading home, he very politely offered to take me after his shift should have ended. Enterprise, please take care of these guys! They are the true definition of loyal and hardworking working people.”

“If it would be possible to give a higher rating i would, Mike the gentleman i spoke to walked me through everything. Had a easy time going through the process because of his instructions, he was very friendly and patient while helping me over the phone. The vehicle i got was in good shape, had a cold ac and if I happen to come into town again I will definitely be getting a vehicle with them again. Mike even offered to make himself available if we happened to have any problems throughout the rental so I highly recommend and again thank you very much.”

“I recently rented an SUV from Enterprise for a 2 day road trip. They made it very easy. They picked me up from my home and took me to their branch .
The employees were very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions.
The SUV was almost brand new, ran great on the highway and had all of the bells and whistles.
When I returned it, they processed everything quickly and gave me a ride back to my home.
I would recommend Enterprise to my family friends that need to rent a vehicle.
Enterprise will be my go to rental car company whenever I need to rent a car.”

“Rented a car from airport and drove over a piece of metal that caused air to start leaking from one tire. Called roadside assistance and they arranged a swap at the downtown Fort Worth, TX location a half mile away.
When I got to the location, they told me they didn't have any cars and that I should bring the car (still leaking air) to one of two recommended tire shops. I asked if I could do the swap at another Enterprise location and they gave me contact info for several but made no other efforts to help.
I stood outside and phoned another location and waited on hold again and again until a person finally told me they also had no cars. Called the Bryant Irvin location and finally found someone willing to help me: Nate.
Nate apologized for what had happened so far and told me it is not their policy to leave people essentially on their own like this. He sympathized with my situation and tried to call the downtown location to get the swap moved to them. He also checked with his manager several times while we tried to work this out.
This is when I learned that renting from the airport uses a different system than renting from a local branch and they would not be able to do the swap because roadside assistance had not sent the swap to their branch.
This is also when I learned that taking the car to a specific tire place would not cost me anything and that Enterprise would be billed directly (the downtown location did not tell me this).
I ended up putting on the temporary spare and driving to the tire shop where they were able to patch the tire in time for me to make my appointment. They didn't even ask my name and arranged it all with Enterprise.

“Saw some 1 star reviews and thought Id share mine, as I had one of the most seamless, fastest rental experiences here. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my rental.
What made it more impressive is that I met the owner and she was running everything by herself. In my experience, She was professional, efficient, and clearly values peoples time.
I will say that they were low on vehicles, but that seems to be the case everywhere right now.”

“Competitive prices. Easy to find coupons online. Online booking made it easy to choose a location and truck size. Pricing was transparent. At pick up I was given great customer service. The process was quick. I've used them many times and prefer them over uhaul mainly because of the budget pricing. Never had an issue, just make sure the truck is clean and gassed up when you return it. I feel people usually only have something to say when they have bad experiences so hopefully this review will improve the ratio.”

I'm always in and out quickly and they even remember my vehicle preferences, so I almost always have my preferred make and model ready to go! They also offer Budget rentals (including moving trucks) out of this location, which is super convenient in my line of work. I am the same distance from three different competitors but will purposely choose this Avis every time.”

“Pack your patience. Honestly I had a very good experience but I wasn't sure I was going to. This place was understaffed as per usual for most places these days. Had three people in front of me that were all complaining about issues that they could have prevented and therefore had nothing to complain about. But after all this is 2026 so everybody thinks the rules don't apply to them. One guy started shouting because he had no credit card in his name. Another family could not find the reservation number. This party finally found their number and came back in saying that a window had been smashed out from the car that they were assigned. I think I was the last customer that day. Since I pretty much did everything online or via the app, as you should do in a situation like this to make it easier on the employees and to keep the line moving, I was out in less than 5 minutes. Yet the other four people in front of me took easily 45 minutes. I was amazed at how much patience the employee had, and the porter was a very nice young gentleman who was very professional as well. Good job Avis.”

“Today's visit was pleasant. The two individuals working the regular side, not uber, were very helpful and quick. I understand this location does have some bad reviews, but they have listened and followed accordingly. Calling ahead of time doesn't help, still busy signal, but business is business. If you're busy, you're busy. Felt welcomed and appreciated. Wish I got their names to shout them out, but hopefully next time.”

“The rental process was easy and efficient. They gave me an upgrade because they didn't have the full sized vehicle that originally booked online. The only issue is that when I received the vehicle the tank was not full but more like 3/4 of a tank. I'm sure if I had taken it back like that they would charge me. But I did like the ease of booking with Hertz and the sweet young lady that took care of the entire process.”
