I had some warranty work needed a couple years back. It took a couple months the even get appointment. Work was fine, loaner was provided. I had a recent recall and another issue to look at. Called and another 2 month wait.
I’m not sure how that works for anyone who needs work done.

Look, every one always says the dealership is more expensive. But really, I have found it to be comparable to anywhere else. Make your appointment and wait. Plus, you earn points and make the next trip cheaper
