Frost is NOT A BUSINESS BANK! Frost cost me $136,814 in extra fees and interest on a loan verses the bank that I had a term sheet with. They will cost me $259,976 before this loan has no early termination fees. Never use Frost for a business loan! They do not know what they are doing!

No motor bank in downtown Fort Worth. That's ridiculous!!! Their locations are far enough apart as it is. Not convenient at all

Customer service is great, but their ATMs in Tarrant county are broke or out of service more than 50% of the time I try to use them. They’re definitely due for an upgrade. Chase bank ATMs never have this problem. I bank with both.
