Frost bank has been so good to me. Their customer service is always excellent and they genuinely care for their customers. I always deal with Theresa and if she is busy, I’ll wait. By far Theresa is one of the nicest people to deal with. Highly recommend.

Was transferring money, but Frost incorrectly thought the incoming check was fraudulent, so they rejected it, but allowed the outgoing check to clear. So now they have frozen my assets because of the negative balance due to THEM REJECTING the incoming money. Internal communication is a disaster and they won’t communicate to me either. Take your banking elsewhere.

Customer service from 4/4/2022 was horrible, rude, narcissistic; and very sarcastic. But the energy and vibe of Marisol cleared everything up. To see the smiling faces of all of her customers made me regret not going to her in the first place. Everyone’s else customers were upset.

The worst customer service I have ever received. I brought bonds in, to deposit into my account. The gentleman helping me was new and asked his manager for help. Not once did she ever look at me or come over to us. She would answer his questions very vaguely, causing him to have to ask more follow up questions. They were speaking in very hushed voices. She was not helping her employee, to help me. Neither of them were keeping me informed on the bond process, I don’t think she knew how to handle the bonds either. They were talking to each other as if I wasn’t there, when I finally asked them to communicate with me and explain what was going on. I didn’t trust what the manager was doing. After 50 minutes, I took my bonds and left. Extremely rude and will not return to this location ever. Also, the manager wasn’t wearing a mask, while everyone else in the building was.

This bank is not good and has added to my horrible Texas experiences. I had started working again and they decided to freeze my account and keep all my money and then close my account. It has caused me years of stress and heartache, including financial stress. I will never forgive these people.

Awesome service and very friendly employees. I always feel welcome when I walk in the doors, and get the highest service. I love that they get involved with the community and are a part of Colonial golf tournament each year. Great service!

Frost has the best banking customer service no matter which location you visit. All banks manage your money so the difference lies in the people. I've been very happy as a customer. I get live people on the phone, issues are resolved quickly and associates are always polite and professional. Easy parking, ATM, drive-through available.
