Hours: The HELP Center for LGBT Health and Wellness provides a safe and welcoming space for the local LGBT community, focusing on health and wellbeing. For more than twenty-five years, it has been at the forefront of HIV prevention. All services are completely free, including PrEP/PEP, HIV and syphilis testing, and distribution of condoms and lube. The clinic also offers free virtual TelePrEP services anywhere in Texas, providing convenient health care by video conferencing, lab orders by email, and medication sent to the home. The staff is described as wonderful, kind, and treating people like family, providing great service with extreme care and attention to detail. They help with everything from STD testing and treatment explanations to connecting people with mental health services. The clinic itself has beautiful and uplifting art. It is an amazing clinic with amazing customer service and satisfaction, leading many to highly recommend it.
