We’re here to help! The store was clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff will ask for help and they will help in department. Return policy is easy and return items is easy. Some items are broken or warped or invested and quality can be bad, but the return policy and professional service is easy. Customer prefer this Lowe’s over Home Depot. Service can be bad sometimes and customer need to ask about product. The self check out can be hate for buyer. A young man in appliances loaded a kitchen sink and walked it to car, old time customer service.

I appreciate the staff at Lowes. I do everything I can in the store. Only problem I have is with deliveries sometimes coming in damaged, and their credit card company sucks. P.S. They have coffee, unlike that other store.

Staff very knowledgeable n helpful on the floor..cashiers need to wake up n stop looking at their cell phones!
