“Awesome staff and great selection! I stopped in briefly to see if the bag I needed was in stock despite the website showing no inventory, and to my suprise, it was fully stock with all the color options. Mary was more than helpful, super friendly, and very professional. She took her time helping me find the items I needed and provided personal feedback on several items. I mentioned that I have not had a chance to come into the store because I usually have at least 2 of my 4 kids, and I know they would want to run around. This can be a challenge when I need to shop specifically for me. She encouraged me not to worry about that and to bring them in and let them roam around. “Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”

“Came in here for a Scavenger Hunt for a business trip and wow... both the employees and manager were very helpful, nice, and cheerful, and the aesthetic was very soothing and relaxed. There were some great finds and clothing options we saw, and if we had more time outside the scavenger hunt, I'd have purchased a thing or two (or three, haha).”
“As a mid-thirties guy, I was a loyal Banana Republic shopper after working in retail there during my college days. The clothes were quality and nice, and the styles met my wants/needs. Fast-forward to 2024 and I can vehemently say that is no longer the case. UNTUCKit was a brand I was familiar of but had not worn and I was happy to know that there was a location in Clearfork near where we live in Fort Worth, TX.
I have been absolutely blown away by not only the style and fit of each shirt or pant I've purchased, but mostly the customer service at this location - led by Jay. They were very accommodating when my shipment of pants was derailed due to the recent hurricane and never arrived on my front porch (even though the tracking from USPS said it had so no clue what happened there). Jay was kind enough to have another pair expedited to me and didn't charge me an expedited shipping fee. So far the button ups, polos, and Tech Traveler pants have been my jam and I look forward to building up my UNTUCKit wardrobe over the next year. Cheers!”

“I absolutely love this Macy’s!!! The associates are very friendly and helpful. I never carry many cards on me let alone my Macys card. On a whim wanted to step into see what great deals they had. Found staple pieces I wanted to add to my closet, and once at the register I was told to I could use my macys pay through the app upon opening my app I realized I had $50 Star Money and the associate was very honest and knew she wasn’t knowledgeable to help redeem them , but she immediately called a more tenured employee who knew exactly how to help and I got an even better deal! This is the second time I’ve had a great experience here. Customer service is top notch and the deals are even better!”
“Visited this Buckle location yesterday and had a fantastic experience. We were shopping for jeans for someone who needs both larger and taller sizes, and Bailey was incredibly helpful. She had a fitting room ready to go for us and was so kind and on top of things. My only wish was that they carried more stock of larger sizes, since tall people (especially women) also need jeans! Otherwise, a great shopping trip!”
