Super friendly person working the desk. Help with setup and how to operate everything if needing to adjust. Highly recommend this place if you don’t have the resources at home. Instead of $200+tip on grooming my large dog, I spent about 30-40$ and left a tip. Will be coming back.

It was such a great experience, all things was well explained making it an easy process, they had everything you needed to wash your doggie and more! Would definitely come again

The two gals that worked when I came in with my dog were great. It was my first time there and they walked me through the process and recommended what type of shampoo to use. The experience was lovely. The two parrots on site where nice to see, but a bit unsettling when they would squawk! I will be back.
