not even going to mention the issues we were having with our phone,I only want to highlight RUDY. He listened to us and was very patient, not once did he sigh out of frustration or make a face indicating he was bothered by how long it took to resolve the issue. He was absolutely awesome!!

I was having eSim issues with my new iPhone for 4 days, called everywhere and went to other stores and they took hours and still couldn’t get it activated. Went there he was very professional and got it activated effortlessly. Even gave me a deal on a new line, great guy, great service.
