Always have an amazing experience at this Metro and Ana is such a charm, very professional and helpful, I'm not going to another one unless I'm out of town. The other one on Camp Bowie and the one on Benbrook could learn some customer service etiquette.

Best customer service I have received from any cellular store ever. Jennifer was top notch and very knowledgeable on what she does. She was able to help me out, even when it seemed as if my phone was broken beyond repair, Jennifer showed her perseverance. She was able to help me out all while training a new employee, and greeting and helping other customers. Definitely will come back to this metro for any other problems I may have!

Been with Metro by T-Mobile for just over 10 months now and I have to say, not too shabby lol they've come a long way from the time I first used the services back in high school circa 2011. Let's be honest at that time Metro's unbelievably horrid relations with customers were something well understood, and the service matched! Bravo; exists as a low-cost mobile carrier I can count on!
