Best customer service I have received from any cellular store ever. Jennifer was top notch and very knowledgeable on what she does. She was able to help me out, even when it seemed as if my phone was broken beyond repair, Jennifer showed her perseverance. She was able to help me out all while training a new employee, and greeting and helping other customers. Definitely will come back to this metro for any other problems I may have!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Metro pcs store.Briana did an exceptional job of helping my son. The kind of service she provides is so far above the norm .They give honest, helpful service and do it all with integrity.

Been with Metro by T-Mobile for just over 10 months now and I have to say, not too shabby lol they've come a long way from the time I first used the services back in high school circa 2011. Let's be honest at that time Metro's unbelievably horrid relations with customers were something well understood, and the service matched! Bravo; exists as a low-cost mobile carrier I can count on!

Went here to get a screen protector put on my phone only for it to be the wrong one paid $16. and didn't even get a receipt. Got home for it to only come off was at Hulen Mall and went into Team Mobile and they took care of it and put the right screen protector on my phone they couldn't believe that this store put the wrong screen protector on but then again it didn't surprise them since I told them it only cost me $16 and some change. Will not be going back to this store again after I was out $16. and some change for the wrong screen protector and had to pay $39.99 for the right screen protector which cost me $55.99 that's with out the tax. ?

I was in and out in no time switching to my new phone which I use for business. My other one went out and it is very important that I am up and running again asap. Without me having to even mention that, she was super quick and professional.

Not a welcoming employee. Warmed up somewhat and unlocked my phone, but had to go to another store the next day to get answers as my phone locked up again.
