I had 10 days left on a 2yr warranty battery I had bought. I was told I had to pay a prorated amount of $51 because the system sets warranties at the 1st of every month. So technically I was out of warranty even though I had 10 days left. Not buying from here again. Manager didn't care to hear me tell him that.

Ordered part- was not there when i was told it would be there. Alex was zero help. Unwilling to get me any info on if and when my part would arrive.Came back 2 hours later when he told me for the 2nd time part would be there. Nope. No part. The other guys that work the counter were great, very helpful. Alex- young guy with bad attitude could care less. Too busy talking to his girlfriend out front of the store to help me. Had me in a holding pattern all day, no apology. Nothing.Please have a district manager call me - Greg (store manager) is refusing to return the part i purchased in retaliation for leaving a negative google review.

Bought parts in store had to go back to return them employee had no clue how to refund money manager had to help then they don't explain to me how to do the return on penpad then they n3ver tell me how long it will take to get money back on card then I call customer services and they tell me I won't get my money back for 3-5 business days so unacceptable this was my first and last time I will ever step into a napa auto parts store horrible service and quite honestly I could get better service at oreillyys auto parts I hope corporate reads this and responds to me thanks

I advise driving the extra thirty mins to a different location. The two times I have been here to pick up parts I was treated horribly by management. God forbid you order the wrong part and have to return it. They refused to give me a refund on an accelerator pedal which had all of the original packaging…. Didn’t even take it out of the box! The other stores had no problems issuing a refund. Again, I suggest looking elsewhere in this area or driving the extra thirty minutes to the next closest location.

Always seems surprised/bothered to have a customer. Terribly overpriced Dorman junk like all napas. These places only exist because they sell to shops. If you’re coming in off the street and it’s not an emergency, whatever you need is definitely 50% less on Amazon

Second Review. I want to say thank you Napa customer service. Especially AL he called me immediately. I want to let everyone that the person that was rude wasn't the Asst. Mgr. It was a regular employee who stated he was the manager also the Hispanic woman that worked there also stated he was the asst. manager .She should be ashamed of herself. She could have ruined an innocent man reputation. I spoke with the store Mgr. and the actual asst. Mgr Cody . He was the most respectful and courte ousman. I hope both employees get reprimanded. Because Cody seems like a good man. I thank you Cody for your service keep up the great work and thank you store manager for fixing my issue also

Was not greeted with a smile when we walked in there was approximately ten customers all of them in which had to wait for a very long time for the woman to get off of the phone and pay anyone any attention also there were about 5 people back in the back stocking I realize there are days that inventory needs to be done however sometimes when there's a customer standing by your register for longer than 5 minutes I'm sure that you have a protocol that you need to follow not only that the tone and voice actually said if I could read it correctly please leave the store we do not want you to buy our product That was enough for me to throw down my items and then walk out the store everyone in line was complaining about how they were taking so long and taking their time period it totally looked like they were doing it On purpose so that we might leave and go find another store to buy the merchandise from I wish that someone from corporate or a manager would call me so that I could get yall's protocol as far as how you guys help customers your store is much cleaner than autozone or o'reilly's so I'm just curious why are you going wrong in your associates are associates area are you short staffed just wondering these ladies were also not very kind they made me feel uncomfortable.

This was my worst experience in a Napa store and I felt as if I was bothering the staff for assistance when purchasing a new battery. This feels odd as I've never felt complied to write a bad review, but I felt it necessary to warn other about this store.

Clerks were very knowledgeable, helpful, and had very pleasant attitudes. Have been there in the past and had the same experience. When parts aren't in stock they do their best to locate them for you and set up an in store or home delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

Love this NAPA. Alway has what I need, odd filters and other big equipment filters. Friendly staff.. I go out of my way to get my parts from here.
