NAPA Auto Parts has nice customer service and knowledgeable clerks. They are a reliable place to get necessary parts to maintain and repair vehicles. The staff is helpful and has pleasant attitudes. They try to locate parts when they are not in stock and offer in-store or home delivery. Customers keep coming back due to the friendly staff and the store always having what they need.
My knowledge about all things vehicles is lacking at best. The two women who were working were so knowledgeable and kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. I used to go to AutoZone since it’s on my way home from work, but will be making the slightly longer drive to Napa in the future for the customer service.... read full comment

Very helpful, didn't really know the name of what I needed but they figured it out. Very pleasant not like I was wasting there time. Would definitely recommend them.

The employees here are great and very knowledgeable, I would have given 5 stars but the store doesn’t follow business hours. I went 45 minutes before closing time and they already closed.
