They have a selection almost identical to much larger chain stores, with more affordable prices . The manager and staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have made a loyal customer out of me .

Well stocked store, staff were chill and it was clean. Though this store is mostly for cat and dogs, the small animal and bird section was a single side of an isle. Lots of goodies for the intended animals though! Even had a dog wash room!

Usually nice friendly employees but the two there tonight seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. They don’t speak to customers at all or offer any assistance.

I recently visited the Pet Supplies Plus store on McCart Avenue in Fort Worth and had an unacceptable experience with one of the cashiers. The woman working the register had a terrible attitude and was unfriendly not only to me but also to the customers ahead of me.
She was watching YouTube videos on her phone and had AirPods in her ears. As she bagged items, she was throwing them around carelessly. When I asked her questions about a buy-one-get-one deal, she rolled her eyes and made it clear she didn't want to be there.
As a local business owner here in Fort Worth, I would never tolerate this kind of behavior from an employee. If one of my employees acted this way, they would be looking for a new job.
While the manager was attentive when I reported the incident, this kind of behavior should not be happening in the first place. I hope the store takes immediate action to address this issue and improve their customer service standards.
