I had great customer service here! I was having trouble figuring out what to get my cat and Paula was right there to help me out! She was very knowledgeable in the supplies that I needed! I would recommend going to her if you need any help with your cat! She even gave us some treats, would totally go to her again!

This is my favorite petstore to visit because the people are nice. The staff could definitely be more knowledgable, but at least they're not rude. You can also sign up for 30% off coupons, which is really the reason I choose them over amazon and chewy.

I had a quick shopping trip for cat litter and treats. Everything I needed was available, and checkout was smooth. The staff didn’t bother me while browsing, which I prefer. Only downside is parking space is limited, so it was a bit difficult to stop my car nearby. Otherwise, a convenient place for quick pet shopping.
