Booked an appointment in February. Never heard from them. Now, at the end of APRIL, they have finally called. Don’t waste your time on these guys

Worst customer service. They don’t keep up with transactions. Paid bill, card on file. They let me run almost out. Called and they said I had a balance. Had to send them receipt from credit card showing it was paid. Goodbye Pinnacle hello Mansfield gas.
