“This is one of the largest UHaul's I've seen. It has climate controlled storage units; they can install tow hitches; they sell propane, and have a large selection of packing products. One stop shopping if you are moving. My only complaint was that I found the service lacking when I was there. I was there around noon and there was one person working in the store he was having an issue with a customer order and had to take a long time to help her, my issue was that there were others in and around the property who knew he was having difficulties but none came to help service the other customers who were waiting in line for various reasons. I just needed a small box. I ended up just leaving a dollar and some change on the counter and leaving. I hope that's not indicative of their service. I will give them another chance when I need their services again.”

“As someone who has moved often, I know that not all U-Haul locations are created equally. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location stood out. The employees were smiling and laughing, which immediately showed that they enjoy the atmosphere they work in. That’s something I always notice and appreciate.
I was greeted warmly and helped quickly, making the entire pickup process simple and pleasant. When my husband returned the truck later, he had the same experience. The return process was just as easy, and the staff were once again kind and helpful.
It’s refreshing to see a business where the employees seem genuinely happy and provide such friendly service. This location made what is usually a stressful part of moving much easier.”

“Pinnacle Propane provides excellent customer service. They took my order to refill my propane tank and the driver came out the next morning. David Mars was exceptionally polite and helpful. I was having trouble with the lock on our gate and he immediately stepped in and helped. He was not familiar with lighting our pilot light for the gas fireplace but called someone else to get instructions. He then explained the procedure thoroughly. My wife and I appreciate his taking the time and extra steps to make sure we had the best customer experience. He is a great asset to the company.”
