Absolutely horrible company and the insurance for your items is a complete joke. They'll destroy your goods and have their cut rate insurance company refuse to cover the damages. Do yourself a favor and have someone reputable with good insurance move your goods, not these hacks.

This crew was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out in a tricky situation. Chris W was an absolute wizard with the Podzilla and picked up our PODS container with ease! Although we had some struggles with the parent company, the crew at this location did an amazing job to help us out and made everything right. Highly recommend this location for service.

Bryan S did a fantastic job delivering our POD. He communicated the arrival time and on-site placement considerations very professionally. 5-stars for Bryan S!
Out of delivery staff’s control, I’m very disappointed that the centralized transport scheduling depart will not agree to delivery at the destination home for 2 entire weeks. I’ve called twice and asked for a supervisor call back, but never received a call. It doesn’t take two weeks to drive from TX to east coast even with Thanksgiving off!

PODS is a company that operates with a spirit of professionalism, care for their clients, and making sure they deliver on time, every time. From beginning to end of the process, I was kept informed, and PODS was on time for every step of the process. My desire if I ever move again is to use PODS.
