PODS Moving & Storage is a trusted choice for over 7 million families, offering convenient and flexible moving and storage solutions. Customers appreciate the ability to have a portable storage container delivered directly to their homes, allowing them to pack at their own pace. Once ready, PODS picks up the container for transport to a new location or stores it securely until needed. Many users highlight the economic benefits, especially when moving long distances, as it eliminates the costs associated with renting trucks and hotels. The service is known for excellent communication, with drivers providing timely updates. However, some reviews mention issues with leftover items from previous renters being left behind, which can lead to a messy situation. Despite this, the majority of experiences with drivers have been positive, with reports of friendly and careful handling during delivery. Overall, PODS is recognized for making the moving process stress-free and accommodating, particularly in Fort Worth, TX, where it serves local residents effectively.
Chris O. was awesome! He gave me great tips for packing my pod and getting the most out of it. He was a super nice guy and was happy that he came to pick up the pod when we were done with it. Thanks again, Chris!
