Ordered boots. What was delivered was nothing like discussed, wrong heal, wrong toe, and did not fit. Said they'd fix it, never did, gave me the run around. $800 gone. Should have sued to get it back.

I am still waiting for my leather jacket to be ready and now there is a chance the item has been taken away from the store and might not be found.We paid a 80$ deposit and dropped the jacket off a year and a half ago.Avoid getting valuable items to the repaired there.

Customer service was dismal. I would much rather patronize a retailer who places high value on quality service.
