The United States Postal Service provides secure, reliable, and affordable delivery to every address. Postal workers are great, friendly, and work hard to get everyone in and out quickly. The workers take care of customers like family. The mail carrier is absolutely wonderful, bringing mail to the door when it is too big for the box. The organization manages many retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better.

Why didn't they put in an automated machine? I waited for a long time for help! So long that at 1130 they got a line out the door before they closed at noon when I was the only one in there for a minute

Very rude employees here. My mailbox was written on by them in permanent marker. Trying to get them to answer my questions. Missing time off work because of this.

No self serve kiosk in the lobby unfortunately. They do have smart lockers, PO Boxes, and a mail drop for small to medium packages in the lobby available after hours. There's one drive up mailbox outside.
Looks nice and neat inside. I visited after desk staff had gone for the day.
