Quest was great, it was the parking. Parking was terrible, access to the building was blocked by Valet. It was chaos. But Quest itself was great, easy and Professional.

Had a pretty bad experience here at Quest today! I signed in on the iPad at 4:15pm with my driver license. They stop taking drug tests at 4:30pm so I know I was cutting it close, but needed the test for my new job.
There is no staff at the front. At 4:45pm the staff comes out and says they can't see me because it's after 4:30pm. I told them I signed in earlier and was on the wait list. They told me they came in the lobby at and there was no one in there and that I never signed in.
I understand it's late in the day, but no need to lie to me! At least come out and tell me they didn't have time. Attached a text showing that I was waiting. Would not recommend this place, there's another lab just down the street called Labcorp that I had a great experience at!

I went for a quick blood draw during my lunch break. The staff that drew my blood was not in a good mood. I tried small talk to put her at ease with no luck. If she was upset because it was during her lunch they shouldn’t let us schedule appointments at noon. The needle went through the vein and caused a hematoma.

The Quest location at 1250 8th is probably the worst managed location. Made the appointment online, checked in early-then had to wait an hour. Staff was friendly, albeit incompetent. Was stuck twice. Totally unprofessional location.

The WORST!!!! Took forever.... I scheduled an appointment and missed by a few minutes and had to reschedule on the machine as there is no desk. Had to wait over an hour for the next appointment. All I was doing was dropping off a sample and it took forever.
The person who helped me was pleasant, the people are good. The system not so much.

Horrible. I got here an hour early for an appointment and signed in. I koticed them taking walk in folks ahead of me. A woman who came out eating something helped a man at the kiosk. I let the woman know I was here early and would like to be seen early if possible. She told me that since I had an appointment, I had to wait until the appointment time. I asked if I could just be seen early as a walk in and she said no. Every time I saw her she was chewing and earlier I overheard her talking to someone in the back about egg rolls, it's 9:30 am. I am very disappointed with this situation and would like to know how I could be seen early? Should I have canceled my appointment and just came in as a walk in? It's very frustrating.

I was able to schedule an online appointment just 30 minutes before. The service was great! Our technician was so patient and kind to my daughter! I will definitely be back!

Parking is the worst. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes and drive up to the 10th floor, hoping it’s not full. You can make an appointment here, but it won’t matter. You’ll be sitting in the lobby still after your appointment time while they call back people not on the appointment list. Terrible.

I always have a pleasant experience with Quest. You never have to be concerned about what to expect from the employees because they're always friendly & about all, professionals. Cynthia drew my blood & I didn't experience any pain or bruise & she did it with one stick. I am a very hard stick with very small veins & they're "runners". Quest have experience & well trained phlebotomists, they're so nice & treat you with rest!
