I had an incident that happened in the hospital which damaged my wheelchair and staff worked with the hospital advocates and were able to get me a replacement wheelchair and couldn't thank them enough for going above and beyond even providing letters for evidence, concerns and replacement costs.

Came by today to see if my motor was slipping. Tait was great! He checked it out, and gave me things to look for to help extend the life of my scooter! He was Amazing. I've always had great service here. Definitely worth coming here for my scooter needs.

I bought my first scooter from DME several years ago. Have not had any problems ! Now bought a second scooter so I have one in TX and one in WI. Again the purchase expedience was great. Nice and helpful people đŸ˜€
