I ordered BAC water and I paid $85 for overnight AM delivery because I live in AZ and the temps are 100+ in the afternoon.
I received notification from UPS that my order was being delayed until a day later after 2pm instead of next day AM.
I emailed the company concerned about the stability of the product being on a non air conditioned UPS truck then left at our door until we get home and the $85.
I quickly received a response from Stephanie letting me know she was calling UPS and would get back to me. Within 30 min she emailed me that she was working with their UPS rep to get the overnight charge refunded and I am having it dropped at a different location.
It may not seem like a big deal but it really is. Stephanie apologized, empathized, made a human connection, stayed in touch, responded quickly and provided a solution. Bottom line she cared.
That’s so rare these days. I’m truly grateful.”

“Ok note that since last reviewer they have been bought out by healthline owners. Problem 1 was no answer on phone call kept saying less then one min. For 30 mins. 2 no business sign at the moment guess it's due to new owners. 3 I can't say anything about billing yet as mines included as long as I use it. Which I plan to. Those things said it was fairly fast once my appointment time started I was seen in less then 10mins. Which is way faster then doctor offices she asked multiple times if I understand how to use everything and if I had questions. They are supposed to order additional parts being filters if they don't arrive I'll update that. Other wise seems new ownership will be better then they were but this is just my first visit. Hopefully their hiring front desk soon.”

I have been to another location but felt like more time could have been spent with me before I walked out to make sure that I knew everything. It was worth the longer drive to come up to this location and to feel totally at ease. She adjusted the straps for my CPAP mask and gave me other tips on how for it not to feel so tight around my face and making imprints on both sides of my nose.
