Your car will be serviced of course it's a Lexus dealership. The care the personnel take when with you vehicle is another story. The scratches and body damage done to my cars in their care is pathetic. Take pictures before and after drop off.

Took my car in to have some work done earlier today. I worked with Cayden and Chris, and WOW, those guys are awesome! They immediately addressed all of my concerns and had me laughing through the entire process. I actually enjoyed going to a car dealership?!? Thanks fellas!
