On the second pair of my wife’s Birkenstocks there was only a display model left and it was a little dirty so they went ahead and discounted it for us and we really appreciate it!!”
“I happened to be in town and was looking for some inserts for my running shoes. I knew Fleet Feet probably had one of those fancy scanner things, so I stopped in. The staff was super helpful. I was scanned and out the door with great inserts in about 10 minutes. Nice!”

“Life changing! Literally. I was in pain for a long time with feet issues. I am flat footed, and have been seeing podiatrists for years for custom supports. After wasting several thousands, being off my feet for months at a time, and having to exchange 800 dollar (podiatrist provided) supports every year, I finally found the good feet store. Well worth investing into, and the people really enjoy helping!”
“The on cloud cloudmonster first batch apparently were made small for size and they hurt my left foot no matter what I did. It has been some time since my purchase and I live out of town so I called the store to see if I had any options. They were AMAZING!!! “Fantastic customer service. They went the extra mile for an small embroidery job for me this week. I came in for 2 scrub tops and and an extra "Beat Navy" embroidery that I was going to cut out of a 3rd extra top I was not using for a project. Not only did they quickly embroider the tops, they did a test run in front of me to make sure the size and font was perfect. Then they did the extra embroidery no charge and EVEN PROVIDED EXTRA FABRIC so I didn't have to cut it out of my extra unused top.
Very impressed. I have used their company several times and will continue to use it for reasons like this. Great job!”

“I had caught wind they carry large hard to fit sizes. So I made the trek from McKinney to Fort Worth. On arrival I was greeted by Jeff and another gentleman. Within 5 minutes Jeff had me in 4 different pairs of boots that properly fit. At almost 50 years old I have never been able to properly fit in a boot due to my funky feet. I spent the next 45 minutes walking around trying to make a hard decision on which ones to take home. The decision was made on getting the black caiman alligator in the size of 15 1/2 B ! I highly recommend this store for the service, quality, and the unique offerings they have on the shelf.”
“Great Experience! Our sales person was Destiny and she was extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their boot selections. Excellent customer service and she provided all kinds of features and benefits of the various styles. She not only sold me the right pair of boots for my needs but my friend that was with bought a pair somewhat similar. I coached sales techniques for my career path and she is a real keeper. “Eric was the salesman who helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the boots I tried on. I work in IT and was very upfront about how whichever boots I purchased would see a relatively easy life. We joked around about that and then jumped right into the fitting. Super cool and I'm glad I went, the only other service I've experienced like that was for high-end running shoes! After the fitting we found out I needed a different size that I originally planned.
Over all, I cant recommend this shop enough and I have officially started the break-in process. I'll be going back for my next pair and look forward to whenever that happens to be!”

“I visited the store from the UK, whilst on holiday with my wife, and Jordan not only looked after us but really rolled out the red carpet and made our visit fun. After buying another pair of their awesome boots, he spent some time cleaning the Tecovas boots I’d worn that day with me leaving the store with a new pair and my current pair I was wearing, looking like new too. He def went above and beyond and compared to our previous visit to the store a year ago, Jordan (and any other staff we spoke with this time), were so warm and welcoming and helpful, it really made our buying experience fantastic.”
“Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. We ended up pricing matching some deals we saw online and he had me at lifetime wax to "seal" the deal! lol Great job yall.”

“Great customer service. I was greeted by three different staff when I walked in. Patrick Eisner was the gentleman who was assisting me with a boot purchase. I had asked for a few different selections and unfortunately none were available in my size. However, he did bring me some that were very close to what I was interested in and made sure the fit was good.
