“The on cloud cloudmonster first batch apparently were made small for size and they hurt my left foot no matter what I did. It has been some time since my purchase and I live out of town so I called the store to see if I had any options. They were AMAZING!!! EXCELLENT customer service, provided options for me and I will definitely be back!!”
“I’m very glad I found this store my own the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought some new Asics and they answered all my questions and phone calls and even after hours they were very patient with me and I will refer them to all my friends and family. I was a little concerned because the shoes were a half a size bigger than my previousAsics which I needed to accommodate the orthotics, my podiatrist had given me. Everyone there was super friendly and willing to help wherever possible. Max greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me try on as many shoes as I needed until I got the right fit!”

“We received the best customer service we’ve ever received at this location on Sunday, March 30th at the Hunting Counter from Terry and Joseph. In all honesty, I’m confused about two things. One, why isn’t Terry a manager? Two, why isn’t he performing at Hyenas or something lol? He was extremely informative. He made sure I was comprehending, comfortable and doing everything correctly. “Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. “Had an iron fitting with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in finding what irons worked best for me and my swing. We started with my gamers ( Mizuno MP 18 MMC). I was looking for a set of irons that was more fitted for my swing and feel. Although I liked my irons, I felt I was losing some control and consistency. He didn't try and force me into any clubs or shafts. We tried several different heads with my current shafts and found some that I really liked swinging and performed really well for me. I can't wait to play with my new irons. Jeff was really informative in the whole process and gave me good insight and feedback. If you're considering a fitting here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Jeff for all your help, I can't wait to play with my new Titleist T150's and look forward to continuing to work with you and the staff at your store.”

“Newly opened and one of the first stand alone stores in DFW, it's usually a mall store. This place is huge!! Lots of things to chose from. Has a really nice (half) basketball court to play on. The shoes are arranged based on their category. Lots of clothing items to choose from. I'll def be be coming back in the near future for my shoe needs.”

“The greatest service, Tim and Crystal, are the best. I was in the store the other day, and this lady was calling them racist when the whole staff was Hispanic. Even other customers were apologizing on her behalf because of how rude she was and yelling at the employee like they owned her rent money. She was NOT paying attention to her kids, who were making a mess; I was getting annoyed as well. I've come here several times and I'm a Hispanic and have never had an issue here before.”

“My experience with these guys is much better than their competitors. I ordered a 10x10 mat from tiffin mats in Maryland in February 2023. By the end of April, I still never received my order. After numerous calls and emails that did nothing. Ut give me the runaround, I canceled my order there (still waiting for the refund) and contacted these guys. I spoke to Nola, who gave a bunch of information and explained the process of ordering to me, the biggest part being to wait 8-10 business days to ship. So I ordered, and two days later received an email that my order shipped. Four days after I placed the order, I received my mats. I paid a bit more than what tiffin was charging, but I received the product in a fraction of the time. Well worth it to me. The best advice I can give is be an informed consumer. Call and ask a lot of questions. If you're not happy, don't purchase. I am happy with the service and the product I received from Dollamur. Based on my experience, I would recommend them if you're interested in ordered mats for whatever the sport is you practice at home. I can say without reservation as well, do not order or buy from Tiffin Mats in Maryland. They are a total scam, have zero business ethic, and are 100% unreliable.”
“This place is absolutely fantastic they sold me my football equipment in the folks were certainly helpful and I am glad they fit me with what I needed and correct sizes and even helmets they've also had various elections equipment for school districts and colleges a little something for everybody that's the reason that I like it here items are also high quality certainly better than what you would find at Academy or other sports retailers because this place sales in bulk but they can also sell to individuals if needed”
