The Stockyards Hotel is a great historic hotel full of character and Old West charm, offering a cozy and warm experience that feels like stepping into a piece of Fort Worth history. Located in the heart of the Stockyards, it has a prime location close to live music venues and attractions. The décor is spot-on and the property oozes classic frontier charm. The staff are very kind, friendly, professional, and accommodating, helping guests feel welcome. The hotel has an attached restaurant and bar serving excellent food, which is very convenient. Valet parking is important for guests. Rooms are nice and fit the vintage vibe perfectly, with comfortable beds and soft sheets. Some areas, like certain bathrooms, can show their age. The hotel can be lively, as street noise from venues like the nearby White Elephant Saloon is noticeable, especially in street-facing rooms; a white noise machine is recommended for lighter sleepers. Despite this, the overall experience is amazing, with many guests planning to return.
We spent one night there and stayed in the Bonney & Clyde Room, which was actually used by Bonney Parker. This is a great location and in some ways a hotel I prefer it to The Drover.

Had another amazing stay. Staff is always great and rooms and general vibe is so authentic to the stockyards and its history. Im super bummed to hear the whole place is going to be modernized and turned into another modern hotel. Will likely stay elsewhere once its remodeled.
