I consider an average experience to be 3 stars. I give them 2 starts due to the fact that I scheduled 2 different appointments with them that vanished from the system. They don’t really have a way to make it right other than schedule you another month out. After this happened twice to me I gave up.

This place and the staff are a godsend. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and truly seem to care about your pets (rather than using animals to make money). Service prices are the best you’ll find. Give them a donation too, if you can - you’ll still have more money in your pocket than going anywhere else.
Texas Coalition for Animal Protection is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides high-quality, low-cost spays, neuters, vaccines, and dental cleanings to cats and dogs.
